Paying a Deposit
You place your order and pay $100.00 deposit of the total price of $299.95 CAD. The remaining amount is due when the web design is completed and ready to go on the Internet. The web design is viewable to the customer via a special URL for proofing purposes.
One-on-One Consultation
We contact the customer for an initial consultation and meeting. The method of consultation is the customer’s choice: phone, email, support ticket, online chat, video chat.
We discuss all of the details of the web design with the customer making sure that we are on target with the customer’s specific needs and brand.
Free Domain Reservation
We reserve your free domain name for 1 year. Renew at regular price after the 1 year. The customer is the legal owner of the domain name. We will email the customer the “Proof of Ownership”. The domain comes with DNS Management, WHOIS identity protection and email forwarding.
Domain Proof of Ownership is emailed in PDF format to the customer for their records.
Customer Account Panel: The customer have an account with us and be able to login to their control panel to manage the renewal payment, modification and transfer of their domain name.
Custom Website Design with Proof Changes
We custom design the website for the customer according to their unique brand, style and needs. Your company website is a big part of your brand.
Once design is completed we send the proofing URL to the client for approval.

Free Business Hosting Package Begins
Once the website is completed to the customer’s satisfaction, the free web hosting account is created and the website goes live on the Internet for 3 months. The customer can extend the web hosting after the free 3 months by ordering and affordable web hosting package from us. NO data will be lost and no website downtime will occur resulting from transferring your website to a new hosting account.
The customer will receive an important email about their web hosting account. This email will contain login credentials and important information that will allow them to manage their web hosting. PLEASE KEEP THIS EMAIL SAFE as it will be needed in order for a customer to login to their hosting panel.
Managing of the web hosting and future changes to the website is up to the customer; however, we will provide help and support for as long as the customer’s web hosting account is active on our hosting server. What Happens When the Web Design is Completed?
The customer pays the remainder of the balance ($100.00) to Light Touch Technologies. Once the customer confirms the web design is complete, the website goes live on the Internet and is accessible through their domain name. The customer then pays us what is left over on the balance owing. Method of payments are credit card, PayPal, eTransfer or money order. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice from us.
The customer receives official receipts for the deposit as well as the remainder of payment.
Ongoing Support
24/7 Premium Technical Support is valid until the end of the free 3 months of web hosting. If the client continues his or her’s hosting account after the 3 months, the premium technical support will continue.
What Happens After Free 3 Months Hosting
Seamless migration of website and hosting account to a paid subscription: Web hosting can continue after this package expires (after 3 months of free hosting) if you are satisfied with our service. You will get a email notification reminder that this special package will soon expire giving you the time to decide what you wish to do moving forward. Your website will stay online and no downtime during the migration.
If you wish to not continue with a paid subscription: The Web Design Special will expire at the last day of the 3 months of free hosting. Upon request, the customer will receive a copy of their website as a backup file prior to the termination of the free hosting.
