Will Light Touch Technologies Manage Domain Registrar Accounts?
Yes we will manage a customer’s domain by request of the customer at NO extra fee if they purchase the SEO/Webmaster Services package. If the customer did not reserve a domain name with us but requires us to manage their domain with their registrar, we would require the login information in order for us to make modifications.
It is up to the customer to pay for any domain renewal charges with their own registrars. We will perform such tasks as changing the web hosting nameservers, domain redirects, etc.
Can a Customer Transfer Their Domain to Light Touch Technologies?
Yes a customer can request to have their domain transferred from their registrar to us at Light Touch Technologies. The cost for the transfer is the same cost as reserving a new domain. See our Domain Registration prices. It is best to request the Transfer of Registrar at the time of the domain renewal so you don’t end up paying for 2 registrars.
